Things that are left behind: A lone tree remains in a cleared patch of forest, near Derryclare Lake in the Inagh valley, Connemara
A stretch of conifers has been cleared on the North East coast of Derryclare lake. One tree, shorn of branch and leaf, still stands, bare against two of the Maamturk mountains: Letterbreckaun and Knocknahillion.
Exposure: 35 seconds minutes at f16, orange filter, Lee Big Stopper, tripod.
